This is a cake I made for my Sister-in-Law's co-ed Luau Baby Shower. The core is a bundt cake with partly cooked brownie shaped on top. I used neon icing tubes for the lava. The '"trees" are fresh mint leaves from my garden. It was a lot of trial and error.
