Cherry blossom topsy turvy

I'm very proud of this cake. It was my 1st topsy turvy cake. I made it for my own birthday party :) its yellow wasc filled with dulce de leche and strawberry filling. the branches are chocolate clay and the flowers are fondant.

This cake looks soo good... How did you made this branches? Is that molding chocolate? I am planning on making a cake with branches and butterfly but not sure how can I do branches.
