Cute...:-) One thing I've learned is that using a little more icing gives you some freedom in your smoothing. I guess I'm using the rule of thumb that "more is better" when it comes to buttercream smoothing!!!!

I agree on the more icing. But i think the cake looks great, i love it!! Have to try these BCT's soon.
