Cake for one of my co-workers. The cake slipped off the board while riding in my car to work (unlevel). Had to go home at lunch time and fix. Cut the board around the cake, taped that onto a new board, fixed the border, etc. What a pain. I think it's because my cake was not riding level in the car, but at a tilt on the back seat.
