This one was fun! "Dirt" is made from pulverized chocolate cookies, graham crackers and chocolate. The small jump hill and track banking at the end were cut from one 8in. round cake. The mud puddle is icing gel mixed with chocolate and some of the dirt. The catch fencing was made with fruit roll-ups. Candy corn and white chocolate safety cones finished up this 3-year old's birthday cake. He didn't let his mom cut is because he thought it was a toy.
