This is my second fondant cake, I know that I exaggerated with my flowers but I think its cute. The first layer is made of three layers of brownie filled with chocolate mousse, the second layer is Italian sponge cake filled with mascarpone cream and fresh strawberries and smallest one is Sponge cake filled with custard cream and strawbery jam. Hello Kitty is made of MMF and also the flowers all made by me.
