This is my very first fondant cake, I was so bold I thought I can pull it off without mistakes. I still need to perfect my technics. The flowers are all made by me. The first layer is chocolate cake with mascarpone cream filling, the second layer is a typical Italian sponge cake filled with custard cream and fresh strawberries while the smallest one is a Ube cake with Macapuno cream filling . All covered with whip cream ( they dont like butter cream here in Italy)
