Alice in Wonderland Topsy Turvey Sweet 16th birthday cake

This cake was for my daughter Allison's 16th birthday. We called it "Allison Wonderland". The top tier was vanilla and represented a cloth covered table with a blue "cloth" overlay. (think tea party) The middle tier was red velvet and sported fondant teapot silhouettes. The bottom tier was Pink Champagne and featured the singing flowers and meringue mushrooms. The cake rose from a forest floor of wheat grass. The cake topper was an Alice in Wonderland snowglobe from Disney.
