This is a cake I did for my daughters 2nd birthday...it was the first time using this cake pan and my first time using fondant. The cake is first iced in buttercream, then covered in fondant with buttercream accents and fondant dots. When my 2 year old first saw her cake all she would say over and over again "Beautiful cake! Beautiful cake!". It was fun.
