The 9" round was vanilla cake with 2 layers of fresh strawberries and 1 layer of vanilla pastry cream. One of the square cakes was chocolate cake with 2 layers of choc. choc. chip mouse and 1 layer of ganache. The other square cake was vanilla cake with 2 layers of raspberry buttercream and 1 layer of lemon pastry cream. They are all coated with IMBC and have fondant accents. The hearts are all piped BC.
