I made this cake for teacher appreciation week at my childrens' school. Bottom layer is a butter yellow cake with strawberry filling and covered in strawberry bc and chocolate MMF stripes. Top layer is chocolate mint lovers cake with mint cookie/hot fudge filling and covered in chocolate bc and pink MMF circles. The bow is gumpaste. Bow and circles were brushed with silver pearl dust for a little sparkle. TFL!
