This 6"x4" round is iced in buttercream. Flowers are fondant. This could be used for any feminine occasion....birthday, Mother's Day or some kind of congratulations. Borders are stars from tip 18; bottom has additional dots from tip 3. We tend to forget how pretty a properly made star border can be.
