tried to "fake" a whipped icing by using DH whipped mixed with cool whip, shine on front of cake is reflection from board paper - it's NOT thin icing - lol. Recepient had a golf game very similar to this display so him and his family LOVED it!! fondant accents, pretzle trees with bc, piping gel for water. lolly pop stick for flag pole
