This was a neopolitian cake with strawberry cream cheese filling. It was covered in sapphire blue fondant which was handpiped with buttercream frosting. The roses on the top were made from white fondant that were dusted with luster dust. The cake was leveled until it had to be transported by cart to show off and during the move it sank in on one side. Oh well - it still tasted good and not a bad attempt I think for first time piping.
