Here is a baby Einstein Cake to match the smash cakes and cupcakes. The top layer is chocolate cake with mint smbc and the bottom layer is vanilla with raspberry filling. The whole cake is covered in vanilla smbc. All the critters and other details are made from mmf. This cake was fun to make, but tough! I thought the tough part would be the critters, but NO! It was trying to keep it at least sort of smooth having to put so much stuff on that dang smbc! It was kind of a nightmare towards the end. I was crying and everything! LOL But, all's well that ends well! hehe
