This was for our neighbor's twin girls' 2nd birthday. You can't tell much from the pic but I blew glitter all over it. I also didn't account for how heavy Barney was, so when I put him on the cake....well you see what happened. I ended up making a bigger 2 to cover it. Cake is chocolate with buttercream, Barney is gumpaste and the balloons are plastic.
