I made this cake for my mom's boyfriend's birthday. They love to golf! My sister helped me model the figure which looks just like him! :) I made the head and torso and she created and painted his wild and wacky pants ;) Its a 10" round cake and he is fondant/gumpaste and the rest is cream cheese icing (I used the wedding cake cream cheese recipe from the site)
