Nothing. I make a ball of gumpaste and place it on a styrofoam shaped like a bell. I then roll my gum past to size and drap over the form. I shape it with the ruffles until I get it to look right and dry for a day or 2. I then remove the styrofoam bell and let the ghost finish drying and he is hollow.
