Carrot cake with cream cheese filling. 3 8in rounds covered in MMF. Didn't have oreos, and didn't have time to get some so I chopped up some chocolate melts for dirt, It was a Huge hit at the Easter Party!!! Thanks for the inspiration JayKe!!!
