Cake dummies covered in blue fondant then airbrushed darker. Fish are made from gumpaste and airbrushed. Used online images of fish to get shapes and colors. Other sea life and plants were made from royal icing or fondant. I used molds for the shells and starfish. The sand is brown sugar held in place with gel. Rocks are chocolate rocks. Won 1st place in the other cake category at the county fair last year!
