Were these difficult to make? I am wanting to try them but am wondering how time consuming they are. I love the water idea. Great cupcakes!

Do you have the book? They really aren't that hard if you've decorated before. I found it easier to spoon the icing over the shark rather than dip them as suggested.I used half an Oreo for the fin

Yes I bought the book at Sams Club as soon as I found it. I love almost every cupcake in there! I have never melted icing and used it to dip before so that may be some very helpful advice. Thank you!

Another hint: I used the base of a decorating tip to cut out the center of the mini donut before I spooned the icing over it.
