Thanks to confetti for her inspiration on this cupcake and original posting. I made these for a family members baby shower. The cup cakes are confetti with cinnamon butter cream frosting, topped with white sugar teddy bear shaped sprinkles. Used pink jelly tot's for the ends. Thanks for looking :)
