I made this cake for my family in the Philippines, because they're really want to taste my own cake, I'm so glad they got it this morning and I thankful too to my friend who flew from Alaska to Philippines to give this cake...wow and I'm surprise my cake survive to 60 hrs flight...whew...Anyway the cake is 6x2 round cake, the filling is dark chocolate frosting and covered with mint flavor home made fondant, which is I got it from here at MM recipe thanks for looking...
