I've seen several versions of this....and was happy when I finally had an order for one. I bought the rose. Cream cheese pound cake w/strawberry filling and BC icing. Swirls are fondant and tag is an icing image.

I made the image in MSWord and then printed on the edible image paper. Then just stuck it on there.
