Butter cake with strawberry filling and buttercream frosting, covered with fondant, card holder is butter cake covered in fondant. Canasta cards are gumpaste with hand drawn pictures using food coloring markers. This cake was about 1'6" by 2'6". Very large cake, everything is edible.
