Made for a friend's coworker who ordered it for her son's 4th birthday. She will add Peter Pan figurines to it for his "Hook" party. Thank you to bjfranco, ticelebrations, and shantel575 for posting the pictures of pirate ships that I was able to use as inspiration. Bottom tier: 12" round WASC with Lemon Buttercream Middle tier and Pirate ship: Chocolate Almond SC with Chocolate BC. Everything covered in Michele Foster's fondant. Sea creatures and shells are candy melts. I opted to make the sails paper instead of gum paste because the cake has to travel an hour and a half and I was afraid that they might break. TFL!
