In album: class
This was the first wedding cake I have ever done. I have not had a chance to take any classes yet and that's why I love this web site so much lol. You can't really see it...but above the bottom border is a flower border that was very pretty. And for the record I will never use a cake stand like this again....very unstable....espescially the top tier.

It amazes me when someone never having decorating classes before will take on a wedding cake. I would never have had the courage....you did a great job on this....Congrats!

Great job on this!!! I too did a wedding cake without knowing what I was doing, and I have never had a class!! I use this stand all the time, I have never had any problems!

Great job on the cakes! Oh no! I just bought this stand, but have not used it, yet.

The problem I had with the stand was that the top layer especially was very unstable.....the column is too tall to hold very much weight. The bottom and middle stand was fine. So you might think about if you use this stand....maybe just using the bottom and middle and leaving the top one off. I was so worried about that top layer the whole time.....the cake was for my cousin so I was able to be there atleast and as soon as pics were taken the top cake was took off. Thanks for the comments..means alot .
