This cake was made for a jungle themed 1st birthday! Everything is edible except for the "ball" of the head and the party hat, which were styrofoam covered in fondant. The looped mane is 3D - from the back it was entirely covered in loops... I wish I'd counted how many I made, it was lots! The 'presents' had a zebra and giraffe theme which was achieved with fondant accents.
