Lemon wasc with philadelphia ready made cheesecake filling and strawberry mmf. i made this with my eight year old neice expecting it not to come out well but it came out pretty good she was so proud she took the pics. i showed her how to torte and fill a cake, the duff goldman rose (she loved that she walked around showing everyone her rose so cute) , she luster dusted the top tier and i used a stencil and luster dusted the bottom . She also accent the chocloate mmf rose with the teal luster dust to tie every thing in , which i must admit it did and those black roses looked great with the teal on it. It started out just for fun but came out great and it was my best fondant job yet. lol.
