I made this cake for my dad's birthday, he loves bears. The bears, tree tops, trout and birds were made out of fondant. Tree trunks are pretzels, mountain gravel were crushed oreos. I made the waterfall using two slanted pretzels and covered them with white icing tinted with blue. This was the first time I had attempted sculpting animals out of fondant.
