This was my third cake this past Saturday, and the first time I have done a purse cake. I tried to look at different cakes that everyone has done here on CC, and I will tell you this was not as easy as I thought. Birthday girl was so pleased that she didn't want to cut into it. The cake was a yellow butter cake with vanilla buttercream filling. Thanks for your comments
