I made this for my sister to take to work for her co-worker's birthday. It is an updated version of the first cake I ever did for a competition (I never liked the side work on the original cake). It is a 9" cake, 3" high. I used a #1 tip for the crosshatching, #2 for outlining the scrolls, and I used the Wilton pattern press to do the scrolls.
