Pay no mind to my bad icing job. This was a 8", 6", 4" tangerine cake and tangerine cream cheese frosting (submitted by tona). The zest in the icing made it really lumpy so it was impossible to get it smooth. The flowers are a MMF/gumpaste mix and are supposed to be tangerine blossoms. This was my first three tiered cake.
