Looking for any excuse to bake and try different things I made this cake for my dentist and his staff. It is a red velvet cake with butter cream frosting and covered in fondant. The brush head is four layers high and the body of the handle two layers. I drew a template out of parchment paper and used it as a guide for the shape and carved it out. The carving was tough and took a bit to get used to but got the hang of it near the end. Thanks for looking :)
