I made this cake for fun & that's exactly what I had doing it! There are definitely some imperfections, but all-in-all I think this cake came out GREAT! Chocolate cake covered in MMF. The sushi tray & legs are also cake. Sushi pieces & chopsticks made out of fondant & painted. I love unagi, so I had to make some for this cake. As always comments/criticism on how I can improve the look of my cakes is always appreciated. TFL!
