My sons 3rd birthday cake and my first attempt at a real cake. It may not be as fancy as some of the cakes on this site but I worked really hard and couldn't find anything like it when I was looking for help so I hope this helps some one else. Its scratch choc cake with real butter cream icing, won't do that again. The bull and rider are fondant and all hand done.
