In album: holiday
White cake made with Diet Coke (to lower calories) and decorated in a multi holiday theme (poinsettias for Christmas, blue snowflakes to represent Hannukah). This cake was made for a gathering of gals on Weight Watchers -- seriously! I taught myself how to make the poinsettias as i haven't yet taken Course 3!!

The poinsettias are Royal Icing using a 352 tip. i have heard that they can be made with Buttercream right on the cake, but haven't tried it myself. If you have a lily nail, some tin foil and red royal icing, they aren't that hard once you get the hang of the amount of pressure and when to release it ... good luck!!
