Thanks to the inspiration of Helipops diaper bag cake. This is 1 ½ 9x13 sheet cakes. I cut them in half and stacked 3 of the cakes (saved the other for half for cake balls) and carved it at a slight angle. The bag is covered in fondant. The keys and pacifier are fondant also. You cant see them but on the pockets there are a dump truck and saw to go with the theme of the babys room.
