Iris' Birthday Cake
Last minute request for a cake for someone named Iris! I used two of the cakes I had made for the 23 wedding cakes to make this and baked two more wedding cakes. She was happy with it. Iris' were made of chocolate with buttercream stems and leaves. Now you can see why I need help smoothing my buttercream.
My sisters name is Iris!! I would love to find these molds. Maybe I'll check Ebay. Beautiful Cake!!!
