This is a two tier cake stacked construction and then carved. The fish are made from RKT and modeled with sugar. This cake was a lot of fun to do. There are a great deal of details to this one and unfortunately one pic does not do it justice. There is a mermaid on one side and a ship wreck and a treasure chest along with sugar shells and chocolate coral. TFL
