1st time making a bottle cake, was a little scared but I've always wanted to attempt to make one. my husbands uncle was having a birthday party and as "colombians" I thought they would get a kick out of an Aguardiente cake. I wasnt too happy with the turn out, but they all seemed to love it.

(2 six inch cakes vanilla bean cakes filled with aguardiente flavor custard ontop of one another..spout is the tip of the dowel covered and molded fondont. then covered the whole thing with more MMF. label is printed rice paper)
