My Mother and I made these cupcakes for a friend. He just graduated Fireman School. My Mom baked the chocolate cupcakes and made the Bi-colored frosting of yellow and red to mimic real flames. I made the "Flames" with RI and had a ball sticking them into the frosting. Everyone at the graduation party loved these!
