This was my first carved cake. I used the directions from CC but I did not have the right pans so I had to carve it out of rectangular cakes, I was scared to death but it turned out pretty good. It was my 8th cake and my 1st paying cake. Cool I really like this cake stuff alot and I love Cake Central. Thanks everyone for all of the great ideas.
