My Mom & I made these last October for my Aunt's 2nd grade class - they loved them! They are a vanilla buttermilk cupcake died hot pink inside. The neck & the head are 1/2 of a marshmallow with a donut hole on top. We crumb coated them, chilled them & then dipped them in neon green warm icing. The eyes are candy coated sunflowers seeds & the antae are black shoestring licorice. We baked them in foil cupcake liners & then placed them in individual plastic containers to look like space ships.
