This is my 3rd fondant cake that I have ever made. The bottom layer is cake, the middle layer is rice crispy, and the top layer is cake. I use marshmellow fondant to cover my cakes, and also for my flowers. I cut my flowers out 4 days in advance, and put them under the fan so they would dry out faster.
