This is the 1st cake i frost with B/c icing for my wilton class....We were supposed to finish it at home & make a rainbow..(as u can see the pattern in the backround) but i didnt want to mix all the diffferent colors just to practice...so i made it simple! .......but what do u think about the smoothness of the icing?
