Calista's Fairy Cake
My friend wanted a fairy cake for her daughter. She wanted pastel colours. The cake is fully decorated in buttercream with buttercream stripes and roses. The fairy is covered in fondant and has sugarpaste wings dusted with sparkle powder, not visible in photo. This was a buttercake layered with caramel and cream.

I find lots of details dont show up in pictures. Most of my dark purple cakes come out blue in the photos. It's annoying. I think i need a new digital camera : )
