I've seen this pattern used many different ways. I decided to go round like the birthday plate. It's pretty tricky to frost in different colors. What a fun cake to make.

mamafrogcakes....... I did a pipping gel transfer for the designs. I free handed the three colors of frosting on the top though. There has to be an easier way to frost a cake w/multiple colors!
