I was really disappointed with this cake, first I forgot to smooth the icing because I was so frustrated with the crumbs and the cake falling apart on me. My roses need lots of work, I couldn't get the icing consistency to get right. Also this was my first time to do the basket weave, not terrible but I need to work on it alot. I just hope that they are not as disappointed as I am. I know we are usually our own worst critics, but this one is bad.
