This is WASC alternated with Dreamsicle cake and White Chocolate truffle filling between each layer. This cake taught me many lessons. First, go ahead and buy the SPS that I've been wondering if I should buy. I had to slam on brakes and the top layer slid about 2 inches. My heart sank. Second lesson: always carry a repair kit. I don't know what I was thinking!! Didn't have one. Anyway, I was happy with it BEFORE the trip.
